Mocha Madness Smoothie

This smoothie is a healthier alternative to coffee.  The protein and caffeine in this drink will give your brain the boost it needs to keep working.

10 ounces milk of choice

1 frozen banana, cut into pieces

2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 tablespoons protein powder

1-2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
